Ms. A's Senior Photo Sneak Peek!

Wow, I can't believe it's been over a year since I blogged last! Things have been insanely busy with home, work and photo shoots that I haven't had much time to sit down and hash out a new blog post.

However, tonight that changes!

I met up with Ms. A for some senior photos earlier this evening and oh my goodness is she gorgeous! This is just a small sampling of the awesome photos we took! A, I have so, so many more photos for you. :-)

M & J Done Got Hitched!

My husband, son, mom and I traveled down to Arkansas about a week and a half ago for my cousin's wedding.

It was hot.

Miserably hot.

But I survived, even with 60+ chigger bites.

The wedding was a good ole country wedding with all sorts of super sweet touches that made it adorable and personal and it totally fit the setting. The wedding was on M's great-grandparents' rice farm and made for an awesome backdrop for photos, especially with all of the golden light we were getting as the sun set!

M made a beautiful bride, and J....well, he's my cousin and I remember changing his diapers when he was a baby, so it's hard for me to look at him as anything but a kid. But he's not a kid anymore - he's an adult, and he's married to a beautiful girl and I hope that they have so, so many years of happiness in front of them.

Thank you, M & J, for allowing me to photograph your wedding. It was an absolute honor [even if I'm still sporting the chigger bites ;-)]! I have so many more photos that I'm working on and will get to you soon.

That said, here's your super sized sneak peek!

Now, I know that I'm obviously biased as this is my son, but I'm pretty sure he's the cutest ring bearer there ever was.

I adore how obvious it is in this photo that both M and her dad are trying to hold it together. The walk down that aisle is really, really tough to do no matter how excited you are about getting married!

J seeing his bride for the first time. I felt myself tearing up while I was watching this happen through my viewfinder and I still get a little teary every time I look at it. Every girl deserves this moment, and J certainly gave M her moment.

First dance. LOVE this photo.

And this one...I don't even know what to say. It also makes me a bit weepy.

Driving off into the sunset. Allow me to tell you what the back window of the tractor read:

"Done got hitched! She thinks my tractor's sexy!"

C & S Are Getting Married!

Quick sneak peek from C & S's engagement shoot! It was hot, and I got a bit too close to nature for my liking, but got some great shots! Looking forward to photographing their wedding on my birthday later this fall. :-)

Meet Mr. C and Miss L!

It's been a long time since I've blogged! It seems as though I didn't have any shoots until recently, and now it's non-stop.

Here's a sneak peek for the G Family. I know it's a quick one, but hopefully this tides you over until I can get through all 304 photos I took to narrow it down to my very favorites!

Miss. M - less than 48 hours new!

Meet Miss M, a gorgeous little girl with some of the most smooshable cheeks I've ever seen. She is Mr. D's brand new baby sister! I got to photograph her when she was less than two days old. Can we say baby fever??

I wanted to get a quick sneak peek up for her mom and dad and their families - things have been nuts with the holidays!

Much more to come, F Family! [Click on the photo to view larger.]

Saturday evening was full of gorgeous weather and gorgeous people to photograph!

S Family, I have so many more amazing photos for you, but I'm saving the best for the disc you'll get when I'm finished editing. :-D

Miss M, 8 years old and clearly the oldest child:

Mr. J, 5 years old, ALL boy and a total little stud muffin:

M & J with their awesome parents:

My brother and I are a bit closer in age than these two, but I'm pretty sure that we were NEVER this adorable with each other.

And finally, another Christmas card idea. Only 55 days left!
